Front Panel Swing Out Card Featuring Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper

 If you love a fun fold card that looks extremely difficult to make but is actually very easy to make, then this one is for you.  With only 2 main pieces to this card plus the mats this card is "mantle worthy."  

You can use what every pretty paper you have along with coordinating cardstock and any dies such as rectangles, circles, ovals, squares, etc to make the swing opening.

Desert Details Collection-An Elegant Framed Card

 Have you ever looked at a set or collection in the catalog and said, "nah" and kept on going without giving it another thought?  I'm sure you have just as I have done many times. That was true with Desert Details.  I thought I would never find use for a southwest themed collection, I mean I'm a southern girl from the east. If it had happened to be magnolias or a young lady sipping sweet ice tea on the porch on a hot summer day, then perhaps I would have chosen it first.

After looking at it over and over I was compelled to order it and give it a try.  OH MY GOODNESS!!! Update on our adventures with Covid

 First and foremost, I would like to thank you so much for all the warm wishes, words of comfort, prayers, (especially the prayers) that all of you have shown for myself and my husband while we have been hit with Covid-19.  As I posted on my personal FB Wall...."it ain't for sissys."  

I am so thankful that it didn't hit my husband as hard as it did me.  He had to be home due to the fact that he tested positive but his symptoms have been very mild in comparison to mine. Therefore he was here to look after me when I couldn't look after myself.  But the good news is....I am feeling better.  Still very week, finding myself having to nap during the day, still experiencing weekness, aches and pains with fever on and off.  But I do believe the worst is over and now I can concentrate on getting back to doing what I love and enjoy the wonderful life that God has given me.  

Please look forward to a video that I will have up on Tuesday and I am trying to prepare somethings for next week to get back to my normal schedule. 

In the meantime, if you would watch some of my older videos that would help greatly in keeping my status current with YouTube.  All of your love and support has meant the world to me and my family!!

May our Lord Jesus bless you abundantly as only He can.

Bay Window Card featuring Playing in the Rain Collection

 Recently the Bay Window card has popped up all over YouTube.  This fun fold was very popular a few years back.

After looking at several tutorials I was able to come up with a Bay Window version that feels more equal from side to side.

I would hope that you would give this one a try.  It really is an easy fun fold. You could pop these out one after the other which would be a great way to make a set of cards as a gift for a friend or family member.

 Every now and then, you make a card that you consider a stunner.  This is what today's offering is to me.  I hope all of you who view the video enjoy watching as much as I enjoyed creating.  

I was in need of a birthday card for my sister in law...she is the one who says she can NEVER throw out one of my handmade cards.  LOL....I told her that they are just paper but it does make your heart happy to know that someone appreciates your work that much.

 Are you one of those people who end up with oodies & oodies of scraps from a pack of DSP?  If so, this video is for you.  It is amazing what you can make with merely a 1" strip of paper cut in lengths of 3" & 4 1/4".

In today's Live Presentation I will show you how you can use up those scraps to make a stunning card.  So never through away those scraps.  You never know when you're going to learn a new trick that will call on those scraps bins.
