 We are back after our little break for Thanksgiving.  It is my prayer that everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday and spent the day with loved ones.  If you traveled away from home, I sincerely hope your travels were safe and stress free.

Now we are in full Christmas Mod!!  So here is another card that was inspired from pinterest.  You can get so much inspiration just from browsing the cards there but you can also get lost in a sea of all sort of projects from every sort of craft & skill.

Today's card is a beautiful one with a touch of gold that give it that elegant touch we all love at Christmas.  Along with the traditional colors of red & green, this is sure to please the giver as well as the recipient.

Christmas Card #14 - Beauty of Friendship Winter Scene

Happy Friday Everyone!!  Well it is just about time to cook the turkey, make all the trimmings and feast until your belly is about to burst.  LOL  That is what most people think when they think Thanksgiving but to me it is a time set aside to give thanks for all we have.  As a Christian, I thank my Lord Jesus for His unfaultering love to come and die for me.  That is what we all should be the most thankful for.  No greater love is known to man than that which a friend would lay down their life for you.

 Who doesn't love a snow day?  Well I say that because I live in the south and it is a major occasion when we get a good snow.  Snowed in, hot cocoa, pot of hot soup simmering on the stove and of course cuddling on the sofa with a warm blanket and fussy socks.  Oh yes, a snow day is simply the best.

Well here we have snowflakes & flurries without the cold, scraping windowshields, slipping and sliding to get where you have to go....

 I hope your Saturday is going well and you are have a great day!  I am so in love with this card.  It is so elegant and yet the simplicity of it just makes it irresistible.  Anyone who gets a card like this would be so thrilled.  I show it here in two rich colors, Night of Navy & Rich Razzleberry which is a very deep purple color that is so pretty.

Christmas Card #8 Featuring Fitting Florets

 Thanks so much for tuning in for todays installment of our Christmas Cards.  I decided to use the new collection that will premier on November 1, 2022, Fitting Florets Collection.

This is such a beautiful floral set and the paper is gorgeous too.  I have been waiting for the oval dies to come back and now I have these beautiful ones to play with.  I just love how each one is so different and the way they cut the centers out.  Once you get your hands on these you will understand my excitement too.

If you need help reading a ruler then this is for you!!

 If you are one of those people that struggle with measuring your cardstock and always feel as if you are guessing exactly where to cut, especially eighths and sixteenths.  I am here to help!!  Below is a one inch breakdown that will help you know exactly where each of the measurements are and how to find that all important cut line when it's 3/8" or 7/8" or even if it's 11/16".
